Delivery Address: The goods you order will be delivered to the address you provide when placing your order.

Processing Orders: Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be processed that day and delivered according to the chosen delivery option, provided no additional security checks are required and all items are in stock.

Out of Stock Items: If any product is out of stock, we will inform you and let you decide how to proceed.

Royal Mail Deliveries: Royal Mail will deliver to any permanently occupied home, premises, or approved delivery point in the UK. They will call once; after that, you must pick up the item from the local sorting office.

Cancellation: If you cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, you will be refunded within 14 days. You must return the goods to the supplier.

Delivery Delays: Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible. The supplier is not liable for any loss or damage due to reasonable or unavoidable delays.

Shortages: All shortages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@digispot.co.uk with your order reference number.
Returns Policy

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000: Goods may be returned within 14 days for a full refund if the following conditions are fulfilled:

Customers must contact us by email info@digispot.co.uk and request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be authorised and sent to the full returns address provided.

Carriage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility.

Goods remain the customer's responsibility during transit.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of the RMA date of issue.

Faulty Products: If your goods are delivered faulty or damaged, they can be returned for testing under the following conditions:

All returned goods must be authorised and sent to the full returns address provided.

Goods should be returned complete with all packaging, cables, manuals, CDs, etc.

If found to be faulty, we will replace like for like and cover postage expenses.

If not found faulty, the customer is responsible for postage back.

UK Delivery Restrictions
Certain products cannot be delivered outside mainland UK due to handling and storage requirements for hazardous materials.
